About

I am Kirsten Cameron, a BANT* and CNHC* registered ION (Institute of Optimum Nutrition) qualified Nutritional Therapist.  I also hold an MSc in personalised nutrition. A former elite level swimmer, I have also worked for many years as a contractor on IT projects and running my own consultancy business. I am well aware of the importance of good nutrition when juggling high level sport with the demands of every day life.

As I have continued training and competing in open water events and masters swimming, I have found my nutrition needs changing significantly year to year, event to event as I gracefully 'mature'. I now want to help you to navigate your nutrition path as you continue training, competing, improving to ensure you are nourished and fuelled as best you can be for health, longevity and performance.
